A Completed Quilt Top

I've finished piecing this quilt top, now just working on the back. I love these green and aqua shades.

Greensburg Modern Quilt Guild

I've setup the Greensburg Modern Quilt Guild on ning.com. I'm very excited, we already have 3 members. Hopefully it will continue to grow. I'm really looking forward to meeting with other modern quilters in my area. If you're looking for a modern quilt guild in your area, checkout this website.

The Hexagon Craze

I've seen so many blogs lately making hexagons, I thought I'd try them. They are pretty addictive. I think I'll make a little baby quilt with these ones. Here are some links to check out the others making hexagons...

Finished Quilt

Here's a little baby quilt I just finished. I tried the 1/2 square triangles on this one. They pieced together so quickly. For the back I used an Anna Maria Horner Chocolate Lollipop fabric.

Kona Color Card and Quilts in Progress

I finally picked up the Kona Cotton Solids color card this week. I ordered it from Canton Village Quilt Works. I love it. Now I can see exactly which colors go with my fabrics.

And here are 2 quilts in progress. The one above uses a charm pack that my sister had given me for my birthday back in December. And the patches below are a mix of Paul Prass and Sandi Henderson fabrics that I had picked up a few months ago.
